In this role, you will provide essential support and advice to vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are upheld. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual needs. Providing advice and guidance to clients on available services and resources. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in social work, particularly in advice and guidance roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
