In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assessing and identifying the needs of children and families involved in complex safeguarding cases. Developing and implementing tailored support plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and law enforcement, to provide comprehensive support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
