Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Team Manager in overseeing daily operations and case management. Leading and mentoring a team of social workers, providing guidance and supervision. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards. Conducting assessments and reviews to evaluate service effectiveness. Collaborating with partner agencies to enhance service delivery and outcomes.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
