Key responsibilities include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic services. Attending court hearings and presenting evidence when required.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
