We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist (BAND2C) to join our dynamic Admin Clerical team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience with our organization is exceptional. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assisting customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting. Documenting customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer engagement initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
