Join our dedicated team in North Somerset as a Team Manager for the Locality Team in the Qualified Social Work field. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead and inspire a team of social workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families in our community. This role is pivotal in driving improvements, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the well-being of those we serve.

As the Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing a team of social workers, providing supervision, support, and guidance to ensure effective practice. Overseeing case management and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, policies, and procedures. Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with other agencies and stakeholders to promote integrated service delivery. Contributing to the strategic direction of the Locality Team and implementing service improvements based on performance data and feedback. Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in children and families' social work. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
