Join our dedicated team in Northampton as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) within the Child Protection and Safeguarding Team. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to enhance the well-being and safety of children and families in our community. As a Qualified Social Worker in our CP/Safeguarding Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to promote safety and well-being. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and law enforcement, to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
