Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing effective care plans in accordance with statutory guidelines. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to child protection conferences. Providing support, advice, and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
