We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Assessment & Intervention Team in Oldham. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality social work services to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being. As a member of our dynamic team, you will engage in comprehensive assessments, develop intervention strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to support vulnerable populations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing intervention plans tailored to individual cases. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams, including health, education, and community services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection, assessment, and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a varied caseload.
