This role is crucial in assessing parenting capabilities and supporting families to ensure the welfare and development of children in our community. As a Parenting Assessor, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of parenting skills and family dynamics. Developing tailored support plans to enhance parenting capabilities. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for families. Documenting and reporting findings to inform child protection and welfare decisions. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families throughout the assessment process.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family assessment. Strong analytical and observational skills.
