As a Family Group Conference Manager, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and overseeing Family Group Conferences, ensuring they are conducted in a child-centered manner. Building strong relationships with families, children, and relevant stakeholders to foster a supportive environment. Providing training and support to social workers and other professionals involved in the process. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of conferences and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Ensuring compliance with local policies and national legislation regarding child welfare and family support.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family support work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
