As the Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, supervising, and supporting a team of qualified social workers and support staff. Overseeing the assessment and intervention processes to ensure timely and effective responses to referrals. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies. Developing and implementing team performance metrics and improvement plans. Fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment that promotes professional development.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience in children's social work, including management or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
