Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for young people. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of young individuals on community orders. Engaging with families, schools, and local services to ensure comprehensive support. Facilitating group work sessions and workshops aimed at skill development and personal growth. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in youth work, social work, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people. Experience in working with at-risk youth or within the criminal justice system is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to assess needs and create effective intervention strategies.
