Join our dedicated team in Haringey as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team, where you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in need. As a Qualified Social Worker in the CWD Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the well-being and development of children. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with children with disabilities and their families. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
