We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner QSW Auditor to join our dynamic team in the Qualified Social Work field. This pivotal role is designed for individuals who are passionate about ensuring high standards of practice and compliance within social work services. As a Senior Practitioner QSW Auditor, you will play a key role in evaluating and enhancing the quality of social work practice, providing guidance and support to practitioners while ensuring adherence to legislative and regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive audits of social work cases to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices. Providing constructive feedback to social work practitioners, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating professional development. Collaborating with management to develop and implement action plans based on audit findings. Staying updated on relevant legislation and best practices to inform audit processes and recommendations. Contributing to the development of training materials and workshops aimed at enhancing social work practice.Essential qualifications and skills include:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Significant experience in social work practice, with a strong understanding of audit processes and quality assurance. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
