We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting individuals and families facing a variety of challenges. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing tailored intervention plans, and providing ongoing support to promote positive outcomes. Your expertise will help empower clients and facilitate access to essential services.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. Providing crisis intervention and emotional support to clients and their families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Advocating for clients’ rights and access to resources within the community. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive service delivery.To be considered for this position, you must possess a recognized social work qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work) and hold a valid social work license. Experience in child protection, mental health, or community services is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
