We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer to join our team in Bradford within the Qualified Social Work field. This pivotal role involves ensuring that our social work services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will play a key part in driving improvements and enhancing outcomes for children, families, and vulnerable individuals in our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular audits and evaluations of social work practices to ensure compliance with national standards and local policies. Collaborating with social work teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance service delivery. Providing training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices. Analyzing data and feedback to inform decision-making and policy development. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A degree in Social Work or a related field, along with relevant professional registration. Proven experience in quality assurance, audit processes, or performance improvement within a social work context. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
