We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor to join our dynamic team in Lewisham. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our administrative processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will help us maintain excellence in our operations and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular audits of administrative processes and documentation to ensure compliance with established standards. Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency. Developing and maintaining audit schedules and reporting findings to management. Collaborating with various departments to implement quality assurance initiatives. Providing training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance or auditing within an administrative setting. Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively.
