You will engage with families to assess their needs, develop tailored support plans, and coordinate services to facilitate positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and legislation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children and families. Providing emotional and practical support to families, empowering them to make positive changes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family support work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
