Join our dedicated team in Rochdale as a Youth Justice Case Manager! We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to work within the Qualified Social Work field, focusing on providing support and guidance to young people involved in the youth justice system. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting positive outcomes and helping to rehabilitate young offenders, ensuring they have the opportunity to build a brighter future.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for young people. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and various agencies to implement support strategies. Monitoring and reviewing progress, ensuring compliance with court orders. Providing advocacy and support to young people in navigating the youth justice system. Engaging in multi-agency meetings and contributing to case discussions.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with young people in a youth justice or social care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and their families.
