The Locality Team in Rotherham is seeking a qualified Children’s Team Manager to lead our dynamic team in providing high-quality support and intervention services. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on outcomes for children and families. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.
