Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Social Worker looking to make a significant impact in the lives of children and families? As a Senior Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a caseload of children looked after, ensuring timely assessments and reviews. Working collaboratively with children, families, and multi-agency partners to develop and implement care plans. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and other team members. Conducting statutory visits and maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience in child protection and working with children in care. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory guidance.
