Are you a passionate and experienced social worker looking to make a significant impact in the lives of families in Warwickshire? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Family Help Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families to provide support, guidance, and intervention to promote positive outcomes for children and their families. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing needs, developing care plans, and delivering high-quality services to those in need.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of family situations and developing tailored intervention plans. Working alongside families to identify strengths and challenges, facilitating access to resources and support. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including schools, health services, and community organizations. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students, fostering a culture of learning and development. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in children's social work, with a focus on family support. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in case management systems and a commitment to continuous professional development.
