Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families in crisis situations. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with service users and stakeholders. Providing expert guidance and support to junior team members and social work students. Engaging with external agencies and community resources to facilitate effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Extensive experience in social work, with a focus on crisis intervention and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
