Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities? Nottingham City is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team, specializing in supporting children and their families. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential services that empower families and enhance the well-being of children with disabilities within our vibrant community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans that promote the best outcomes. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations. Providing advocacy and support to families navigating complex systems. Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in working with children with disabilities and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
