We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Court Team in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury). In this pivotal role, you will work closely with families, children, and the judicial system to ensure the best outcomes for those in need. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and preparing reports for court proceedings. Collaborating with legal professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement care plans. Providing direct support and intervention to families in crisis. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure compliance with court orders and statutory requirements. Participating in court hearings and presenting evidence as required.To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and court processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
