Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure progress and compliance with statutory requirements. Providing direct support to families, offering guidance and resources to promote positive change. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with local authority policies.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and children in need work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse families.
