As a Social Worker in our Duty & Assessment Team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing crisis intervention and support to families in need, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Maintaining accurate and timely records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Participating in multi-agency meetings to coordinate services and ensure holistic support.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection, safeguarding, and assessment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
