Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families? Achieving for Children is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Family Help Team. In this role, you will provide support and intervention to families in need, helping them navigate challenges and fostering a positive environment for children to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of families and children. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to address family dynamics and challenges. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with the relevant social work regulatory body. Strong understanding of child protection policies and family support frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
