Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing needs, planning interventions, and promoting positive outcomes for children and families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and stakeholders. Providing direct support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources. Monitoring and reviewing cases regularly to ensure ongoing safety and progress. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
