Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children’s needs and developing tailored care plans. Building trusting relationships with children, families, and caregivers. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in care.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills including:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a LAC or UASC context. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
