Bracknell Forest is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Locality Team in the Care (Qualified) field. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families within our community. As a Social Worker, you will work closely with service users to assess their needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support to promote their well-being and independence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and strengths. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals. Providing direct support and intervention to clients, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and services. Working in partnership with other agencies and professionals to safeguard vulnerable individuals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in social work practice, preferably within a locality or community setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
