We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Quality Assurance Team in Lewisham. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of social work practice within our community. As a Social Worker in this team, you will be responsible for reviewing case files, providing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular audits of case files to assess quality and compliance. Collaborating with social work teams to provide constructive feedback and support. Participating in training and development sessions for staff on quality assurance practices. Preparing reports and presenting findings to management and stakeholders. Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote a culture of quality and accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in social work practice, particularly in quality assurance or related fields. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
