As a Social Worker in our Safeguarding Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. Working closely with external agencies, including schools, health services, and law enforcement, to ensure comprehensive safeguarding measures are in place. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all casework and interventions. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to case reviews and strategy discussions.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
