Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children in care? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional for the position of ATM - Children In Care in Southampton. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development within a caring environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans for children in care. Collaborating with social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's needs. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of children, adjusting care plans as necessary to promote their growth and stability. Providing emotional support and guidance to children and their families, facilitating effective communication and engagement. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices in child welfare and protection.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Registration with a professional body (e.g., Social Work England). Proven experience working with children in care or within a similar environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
