Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families? Join our Assessment Team in Surrey, where you will play a crucial role in evaluating and supporting those in need. As a Social Worker in the Care (Qualified) field, you will carry out assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances. Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Providing ongoing support and intervention to clients, ensuring their well-being and safeguarding. Working closely with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS). Registration with Social Work England (or equivalent). Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
