We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our dynamic team in Swindon, specializing in Children with Disabilities. As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families to develop tailored support plans. Conducting regular reviews and evaluations of care plans to ensure they meet the changing needs of children. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations. Providing guidance and support to families, helping them navigate available resources and services. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and their families. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective intervention strategies.
