As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Family Help Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of social workers and support staff to deliver high-quality services. Providing supervision, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous professional development. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to family support. Monitoring casework and ensuring effective assessment, planning, and intervention strategies are in place. Contributing to strategic planning and service development within the department.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CSS, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and family support services. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
