We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager for our Assessment Service Management team in Bolton. This pivotal role involves overseeing the effective delivery of social work assessments, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of qualified social workers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and best practices in social work.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective case management. Ensuring compliance with local and national policies and procedures in the assessment process. Conducting regular performance reviews and facilitating training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to promote integrated services for families and individuals. Analyzing data and feedback to improve service delivery and outcomes for clients.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in social work, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
