We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to lead our CWD (Children with Disabilities) Team in Harrow. This pivotal role requires a passionate individual with a strong background in social work, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. As a Team Manager, you will oversee a team of qualified social workers, ensuring that high-quality support is provided to children with disabilities and their families in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team of social workers and support staff. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding policies. Monitoring and evaluating service delivery to ensure the highest standards of care. Providing supervision, support, and professional development opportunities for team members. Collaborating with external agencies, stakeholders, and families to promote positive outcomes for children.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England.
