We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Manager for our Experienced Young People’s Team in Bournemouth. This role is pivotal in leading a dynamic team committed to providing high-quality care and support to young individuals facing various challenges. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and support. Overseeing the implementation of care plans and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Building strong relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies to facilitate positive outcomes. Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews to promote continuous improvement and professional development. Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of services.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant qualification in social care, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent. Proven experience working with young people in a care setting, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
