As the Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of social workers to deliver high-quality safeguarding services. Overseeing case management and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. Providing supervision, support, and professional development for team members. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure effective intervention and support for families. Monitoring performance and outcomes, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Significant post-qualification experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of supporting and developing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
