As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of social workers, providing supervision, support, and professional development. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies, procedures, and legislative frameworks. Conducting regular case reviews and audits to maintain high standards of practice. Building strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Developing and implementing strategic plans to promote the welfare and safeguarding of service users.To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Extensive experience in social work, particularly in safeguarding and support services. Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
