As the Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing effective supervision and support to social work staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Overseeing case management and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic support for children and families. Leading team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and professional development. Monitoring and evaluating service delivery, implementing necessary changes to improve outcomes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in safeguarding, child protection, and team management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
