We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to lead our Safeguarding Team in Bromley. This pivotal role involves overseeing a dynamic team of social workers and professionals committed to protecting vulnerable children and families. Key responsibilities include:
Managing and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance, support, and professional development. Ensuring compliance with local and national safeguarding policies and procedures.
