Your key responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and reviewing progress, ensuring that interventions are effective and responsive to changing needs. Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies. Providing support and guidance to families, promoting their strengths and resilience.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a locality team or relevant social work setting. Strong knowledge of legislation and best practices in child protection and family support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
