Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate services and resources. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of care plans and making necessary adjustments. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
