In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, professionals, and partner agencies to deliver high-quality services that ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing intervention plans tailored to individual family situations. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate complex challenges. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and community services. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with local and national standards.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working in children’s services, particularly in family support or child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and colleagues.
