We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Bolton on a temporary basis, offering a competitive rate of £40 per hour (Umbrella). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the Qualified Social Work field. Your expertise will help safeguard the welfare of vulnerable individuals while enhancing service delivery across our organization.
As a Quality Assurance Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting regular audits and evaluations of social work practices to ensure adherence to established policies and regulations. Collaborating with social work teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing service quality. Preparing comprehensive reports on findings and presenting recommendations to management. Providing training and support to staff on best practices and quality assurance methodologies. Staying updated on relevant legislation and best practices in social work to inform quality assurance processes.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance or audit roles within the social work sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
