A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England (SWE). Significant experience in social work, particularly within safeguarding and locality settings. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
